Golden Forests India Ltd — refund of investment amount not received

My father in law invested rs 30000 in golden forest vide agreement no lsc892469 dtd 27/10/1997 and receipt no 38354 dtd 18/02/1998. Till date we have not received any amount. When we will receive the amount? We do not have any cheque as mentioned in the agreement towards the repayment of the invested money. Cal anyone please help us on how to recover the invested amount and also the gain amount?
