Dear sir,

I have invested amount of 1000/- whose maturity value is Rs 10, 000 in the golden forest (India) limited with account number 01/9/LSC9066 dated 12/06/1994 by the name of Ms.Sumitra Debata & Mr.H.S.Debata.

My amount maturity date is 19/05/2004 under enrollment no. 1110586.

But till the date i have not received my amount.

So you are requested to help me to receive my amount as soon as possible.
