Golden Sai Holidays — beware of these cheaters and fraudsters (golden sai holidays) | |||||
Hi, This is to inform you all that please and please don't book any Bus Booking from Golden Sai Holiday either from their website or via agreegators like Paytm, Via, Make my trip, Goibibo and others... They are just cheaters and a bunch of fraud people available in this bus bookings, Holidays booking and other services available on their website. I will share my real experience below however giving details which will help you identify these fraudsters. Website name: http://www.goldensaiholidays.com Phone number which these people uses: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. DOJ: 11th Aug 2017 I booked 5 AC sleeper from Delhi to Jalandhar from their website (5 days before my journey) and paid them advance of Rs.4500 approx. I called them on 10th confirming about my seats confirmation which they confirmed and said everything is rightly set. I got a call from them on 11th Aug(on my journey date) and they asked me to reach by 10pm near red fort (nagpal dairy). I reached at 9.45 and their was no availability of their bus services .I called them and they said your booking has been cancelled, which i did'nt(all calls recorded). I took them on conference call with the booking partner(simpli ticket) and they said no booking has been cancelled but they were not ready to listen and finally all phone were switched off (all numbers mention above). I had no choice then to pay double the amount and boarded semi sleeper to reach my destination. My bad luck was i have booked my return bus ticket from the same operator. I called him in morning and this time they again said your booking was in place but our bus had a breakdown and assured me of my refund (which i have not received even after 5 days) when asked about the balance which i paid extra at the last moment (he refused upfront). I asked him about my return journey which is 3 days from now where he again assured me that it will happen as committed. On 15th Which is today (while i am writing this post) i called him he said they are making chart and will get back to me in an hour (which no body did). I called them again and this time they said bus has been detained by Police and it will not move, i called on other numbers which was of mohit(Company manager). he assured me that he will check and call me back in 10 mins however after 10 mins his phone was switched off. They gave me another number which i dialed and this time they told me you have to pay Rs.300 extra per passenger and we will shift you to Semi Sleeper which i denied. when I asked him if bus was not moving or out of service, then why it was not informed or communicated but he simply was unhelpful and rude. I went to the Bud depo, paid twice the amount again for my return journey and now waiting for the bus. I went online and saw number of complaints against these cheaters/Scammers/Fraudsters. I assure that once i reach delhi i will file a FIR and a Consumer complaint against them (have all recorded calls, emails and bus ticket).
