Gold's Gym Viman Nagar — fraudulent

I have paid for 1 year annual fees on 31st may 2019 and the gym is closed from 5th june and its not yet opened. The gym owner is not yet responding and keeping their phone switched off.
Lately, we came to know the gym itself is not associated with golds.

They are not tied with golds franchise and they are making fraud with the customers by faking their name as golds.

Since, its a issue with the fraud identity and not responding to the issue and not giving the refund. Please take care of the situation as soon as possible.

Same happened with me also .I have joined Gold's gym on May 2019. I have paid for 12 months, at the time of joining they have told me that it was Gold's gym and never told me that it was a franchise or something else. After approximate 3 to 4 weeks, gym was closed. Initially when contacted they told there was some short circuit in the gym and it will be closed for max 1 week. Its been almost 2 months and there is no response from them. Their mobile are switched off, no means to contact these frauds.

When contacted Gold's gym Mumbai they said that they are not responsible for this issue since it was a franchise and it was terminated or something. Don't know the actual scene behind these but do we join gym looking at a person or a brand.
