Hi team,

The noise colorfit pro smartwatch that i hvae recieved is faulty. I tried to switch on it first time after charging around 2hrs but there is no response.

The product return date is already over. May i know how i can replace this faulty product with new.

I tried to call on your shared customer care but everytime there is no response of call even after ring.
Can i get the update on this.

Hi Noise Team,

I have already shared you all requested documents for this issue but still after sending 3 emails, i haven't received any response from your end.

It's really shows a worse customer support.

Can i get an update on Noise colorfit Pro smartwatch replacement.

Instead of sending the faulty product to your shared service center, is it possible that i directly come over there for replacement of product, as i live in Gurgaon so it will be less time consuming for complete process.

I have purchased Noise watch from amazon wherein order no. is[protected]. Watch is not getting charged from last 10 days. Please help us.
Screen is not working since last 10 days. I am unable to contact your customer care. Your customer care is worst. Requesting you to give me option on priority basis.
My Bluetooth earphones not working it’s not properly charged one are working but right side earphone not working so that’s why i requested please replace my earphones

My right side earplug is not pairing with left side ear plug and right side earplug gives voice voice when i adjust continuously but some times not every time
