Gonoise.com — right side of the earphone speaker is not working

I have bought this tune elite neckband earphone from gonoise.com.
It was fine for 2 months. But bow it has given a problem. The right side of the speaker is not working.
I have raised multiple tickets for replacement but no reply from the gonoise team.
Very very bad experience from this product.
I have a warranty for this product. Due to they don't have any store in bengaluru i am unable to reach them.
Please help me with this mess. I don't want to lose the money that spent on this.

2 months to go, my replacement order haven't reached to me. There was a problem in one earphone. So re send the package with courier with my money they haven't send the replacement courier to me yet. It's 2 month to go...
