Good Luck Service Centre — washing machine repair | |||
Date - 2-sep-2019, Incident description - i have called a toll free number[protected] to book a complaint for samsung washing machine repair. They have registered the details and told with in 24 hr it would be addressed. When i ask about the complaint number, they mentioned that i would get it as sms and technician will call me directly for the visit. I did not receive any complaint number. A technician (Suraj - [protected]) visited our place with in 30 min and suggested for a part replacement. Cost of the item mentioned was rs.3650/-. His service charges are rs350/-. So he collected rs4000/- as online payment. When we asked for receipt, he said i would get it as email. But we have not received any email even after a day. Now the washing machine problem is not resolved. It is still not working, but 4000/- is collected. I feel this is a proper cheating case. As i get information from the technician their service center name is good luck service center located in btm layout. When i called him to visit my house for repair that time he mentioned he was at brookfield hospital, aecs layout, kundana halli. Not very sure where is the service center and toll free is[protected]. I am expecting to get refund of the money or at least proper repair. Also, please ban those call center numbers which does the cheating to people. Was this information helpful? | |||
