Goodwill Commodities — need my documents given | |||||
I called goodwill commodities chetpet branch manager Mubarak Ali through my friend regarding opening my trading account, I'm a resident of North India, I m only fluent with English and hindi, when I called him for the first time he was unable to give any information regarding process of opening account in English. .. At last I understood somehow through my friend and given documents with him. After some days Icalled him to get acknowledgement, he was literally knowing anything regarding the process and not even understanding my language, I tried explaining in all the way in English, he is really made me fed up with him. later he transferred my call to another branch manager named parthiban(kodambakam) he is also behaving in a same manner not even have ability to understand my language, I spoke with them for 5 hours in one day to know the basic info and not yet received anything. Can't that goodwill management find a person at least to talk basic English to communicate with clients, I'm really fed up explaining and felt how their service would be to me.I lost my interest to open a account and want my documents back...
