Goodyear Tyre — tyre size wire is showing and pressure is decreasing

Sir.
I dillip kumar puhan having my hyundai accent car have 5 tyres of goodyear including step-in has a big problem as
I have purchased the new car from the showroom and has run 30000km.
But the problem is the tyre grids are ok but very thin wires are coming outside in 4 tyres. And pressure is decreasing. I am helpless as there is no authorised dealer near my location.
Pls help to change the tyres asap.
