Google India / Tez — a receiver end failed upi transaction made from google pay. | |||
I have made a transaction through google pay from sbi to flipkart on 18th oct, 2019. The transaction was failed from the receiver's end i. E., flipkart. I waited for 3 working days for refund and then i made a complain request to google pay. Till date i have called 7 times to google pay and 2 times to flipkart. Initially, i have been told that the transaction was made through 3rd party application and therefore it is taking much time. It's been 2months and still i didn't receive my refund and the customer support executive of google pay are going on assuring that their technical team is working on it.
