Google India / Tez — Amount deducted from account but not credited in receiver account

Hi Sir/Madam,

I Mr.Peruka laxminarsaiah, transferred 5000 rupees on Date :02-september -2020, from my google pay account, but the amount deducted from my account but the amount not credited into receiver account.

I request you to please return my amount back into my account.
