1) I made a transaction through Gpay on 4th October, money got debited from my account(HDFC) and not got credited in the receivers account(Union) till now. 2) Raised a dispute to the Gpay and support team is still saying that they are following up with NPCI. 3) It has been 37 days and it is not a small amount. Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 18, 2020 Updated by Chaitanya97 I received a call from the Gpay customer care on friday(13th nov) asking me to wait for 3 more days as they are not receiving response from NPCI. But till now there is no response and still the issue is not resolved.
