Google India / Tez — delayed in receiving transaction failed amount

Please note that rs 3559.15 was debited from my bank account no. [protected] on date 01.12.2019 against transaction id cicagkc225kscw order id[protected] through google pay to reliance fresh bank account.
As intimated by reliance customer care the said amount has not been credited to their bank account.
