Google India / Tez — dispute settled, but amount not refunded

I attempted to pay eb bill on 5/7/19, amount debited but bill not paid. Its almost 3 weeks and i still didn't get my money back. I raised dispute, and the dispute status was settled 7 days ago, but still i didn't get the refund. Please help. Rs.3562 is a huge amount for me, which is stucked with you due to failed transaction.
