Google India / Tez — money debited from account but tickets cancelled | |
I was trying to book airasia flight tickets on 10th january 2020 using google pay (Rs 3250). But during the payment, as i was filling the details in google pay, the payment webpage got crashed. So the money got debited from my account but the tickets were not booked. Also in the airasia website confirmed that the tickets are cancelled. So please resolve the issue and refund the money.
