[Resolved] Google India / Tez — money deducted but the receiver didn't receive the money

I had made a payment of rs. 440/- on september 14, 2019 and the money got deducted from my account. But the receiver didn't receive the money yet. I had raised a dispute after 3 days and it's showing as processing but no progress yet. It's been a week now. Still my money has not been credited back to my account nor the receiver has received it yet.

Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Akhil Mohan VIT I did not receive any response on my complaint from the company accused. I need my money refunded back. Please respond.
