[Resolved]  Google India / Tez — money deducted from sender's account but not credited to receiver account

Address:Pune, Maharashtra, 411045

On 24-Jan-2019,
SENDER done the 45K transaction via Google-Pay, Money deducted from SENDER's SBI account but not credited to RECEIVER HSBC account .
The UPI Trasaction id =[protected]
Can you please Google-Pay to look into it.
It has taken 4 days already to verify but no response yet.
Now Google-Pay said we need 7 business days.
Please look into it urgenlty.
