Google India / Tez — not credit amount to receiver but debit from sender since one month

Dear sir,
I sent money to my another acc number from 6 jan 2018 but amount was. Debit from my account but not credit in reciever account i also send mail of statement of both account sender and reciever at 17 jan 2018 but not resolve by google pay only give me answer waot for next seven days who pay interest of these day kindly help and resolve issue i m suffering from financial issue
