Google India / Tez — Payment failed but amount deducted from account | |
This is to inform you that I have ordered two amway nutrilite fiber from the amway website of Rs 1907 and paid by OR scan UPI mode through google app but it says that my order payment is failed but the amount is debited from my SBI account. Ordered by Nivedita Ghosh Order number :[protected] Order date : 18/01/2021 THis is reference (18-Jan-2021) TO TRANSFER UPI/DR/[protected]/CCAVENUES/ICIC/[protected]@/UPI 1, 907.00 debit. KIndly see this matter asap. Refund the amount if not accepted my order. I have called to amway, sbi bankcustomer care but they have said talk to google pay represenatative.
