Google India / Tez — refund request | |
Dear Team, Google transaction id: CICAgKD60bPYTw Upi transaction id:[protected] I paid 5710 on RailYatri.in for my bus booking on 2 September Through Google pay app with upi payment method, but my booking got cancelled, payment was failed and amount was deducted. I contacted bus travels they informed that they have not received payment and informed to contact rail yatri . Next day i contacted them said that have made transaction through third party upi so please contact them as money is stuck with them. I reported this issue to google pay through call and their chat support too and waiting for their reply since last 16days. When i call them they just say that "we are escalated this issue to specialists team and it will take time" within three working days will be refunded. I thought google pay is trusty but they are just cheating. I am just waiting for my money, please help me to release it from their end so i could get it. Its really urgent.I already contacted Google pay 10-15 times for this issue and one of them said that i would get my money. But still no action has been taken.
