Google India / Tez — sending money not credited to beneficiary account | |||
Dear sir, Good morning!!! Please be noted that myself pls ramaraju is a regular customer of your esteem organisation since last more than 10 year having below mentioned details, 1) account no. - [protected]. 2) branch office - shivalik nagar, haridwat. 3) isfc code - hdfc0004713. 4) customer id — 22570341. Sir, i have made a transaction of rs 50000 /- on dated 02 jan 2019 through google pay app with below mentioned details, 1) google pay transaction id - cicagkditecfra. 2) upi transaction id - [protected]. Beneficiary details : — santi. [protected]@oksbi. Sir my problem is that even after so many days still the beneficiary person not received the money even the same is not returned on my account. I have made so many verbal and mail communication to all concern persons (Both hdfc and sbi associates) but not getting the satisfactory result. Neither getting support from hdfc and sbi. As per hdfc : — as per hdfc associates they have transit the money to sbi bank (But not ready to provide any supporting documents or proof). As per sbi : — they have not received the money (Even not entertain the complaints). With reply to contact hdfc bank only. I am getting frustrated in order to follow up the process with both banks, i am mentally as well as physically disturbed and need your support to resolve my problem.
