Google India/tax — amount not credit

On 28/1/2019 my friend transfered 5, 000 rupees to my account via tez app. The app shows the money has been received, but when I checked my account balance I found out that the money was not credited. Its been 3 days, yet I have not received any amount of money. I have attached both the screenshots below, kindly see through the issue and give me a solution ASAP. Thanks
