Google Pay — Amount deducted from account but not refunded back even after raising dispute

On 31st March 2021 payment was made to the shopkeeper for the purchase of provision cost of rs 1490 through Google pay (SBI account )
To the Gandhi and sons shop in khadki Pune Maharashtra .
Payment was made on 2 attempts were 2st attempt amount was deducted from the account but not received by the shop manager so the 2nd try was made we're amount was deducted from account cost of rs 1490 and received by the receiver (shop manager )...conformation was taken from the receiver that the 2 attempts of payments only once he received the amount..proof was also shared by him...so please take the necessary action and provide back us the refund as soon as possible.
