Google Pay — Transaction got failed amount got debited but not refunded into my account since 8 months

Sir i had made a transaction of rs 8500 to merchant on 3 dec 2020.the amount got debited from my account but the transaction got failed..till now its june i had not got my money back of this failed transaction. i had already call the google pay customer care from dec to june they only says that we had send your complaint to NPCI.pls wait your money will be refunded . Sometime they ask for my bank statements which i provided them many times from dec 2020 to june 2021.Every time the google pay customer care says this only.that they are working on my issue .8 months are over and i dont know when my money will be refund me. as the amount is big of Rs8500
