[Resolved] Google Pay — UPI transaction | |||||
Sir, I have done an UPI transaction for Rs.10, 000/- through Google pay on dec 3rd 2020 which is linked to my SBI account.Transaction status is showing successful for me but amount not credited to beneficiary.I have waited for seven days, amount neither credited back to me nor to beneficiary.i have complained to SBI UPI support and they replied as transaction successful and credited to beneficiary on the same day mentioning one account number which is not beneficiary's actually.That account is Google Digital India services Pvt Ltd account.when I called Google pay customer service, they are telling that they are only third party platform, kindly contact your bank for raising charge back on beneficiary bank.Even for mail also they are not replying.My SBI bank raised charge back on beneficiary bank(Axis Bank) and they rejected it.kindly resolve my issue and refund my amount as it's almost 4 months over since my money got stuck Was this information helpful? | |||||
