Google Play Store — Refunds

Between April 22nd and may 4th I was ment to get these games refunded due to them freezing all the time I have conformation on my gmail. That says refunded but the bank account doesn't show any sign of Goole play refunds so wondering where the money went or is it under some name other that google would like this seen tpvas I was told it would take 10 days to get the refund into the bank
