Google Tez — money debited from my account but not credited to receiver account after 14 days and counting.

I made transaction on 31 october 2017 through tez google app to send money to my friend. From my side transaction shows success but money not credited to friend bank account. I called many times to tez costumer care but they not resolve my problem. Please solve my problem.
