Goomo — not happy with the charges | |||||
Hi All, I booked flight ticket from GooMO.com IXC to MUM for 16/02/2018 Go Air flight for Rs 3250. Unfortunately, I came to know that none of the flights will be flying from chandigarh airport from 2nd week of feb. GO AiR team processed full refund in this case but when the refund came to GooMo team, they are only giving me refund of Rs 3000. They are not giving me full refund. How I am responsible for this. In this case, I have to now rebook the flight bear extra expenses and still not getting full refund. I am totally disappointed with GooMO service. Will never recommend it to anyone.
