Goomo — refund not given for flight cancellation | |||||
I have booked my tickets with indigo airlines using goomo.. However due to some unavoidable circumstances i need to cancel my ticket.. So i called indigo a day before and got my tickets cancelled.. They told i will get my refund in couple of days and i need to check witb the agent.. I am calling and mailing them for last 2 weeks and they never respond back and answer my mails.. I have got a very poor experience and i will not recommend anyone to use this site for booking anything... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Fake company takes a lot of money for cancellation, doesn't even picks call on customer care, worst part is that they charge amount for ur call and no one will pick up, no refund got from my cancellation also. These types of company should be closed and sued by government.
