Goomo — wrong tickets booked and no customer service response | |||||
I booked domestic flight tickets for 2 adults flying from mumbai to porbandar. I did my booking on sunday 1/21/2018. The tickets i booked were for spicejet airlines and i booked the tickets that allows me a carry on baggage of 7kg and check-in baggage of 15kg per person. But apparently their system booked the tickets without the check-in baggage and now they are asking for more money to add the baggage. It was clearly their system's fault and now that i am trying to get a hold of them, they are not responding and saying that contact airlines directly to add the extra baggage. This is ridiculous. Worst service ever. I need to get full refund on my tickets or atleast help me with the baggage situation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
