I 5order my shipment from goshoppo.in and awb no.[protected] i book viggo mobile rs 3499. Amount paid by credit card and convert emi in 9 months i recieve wrong item. Plz resolve my problem other wise i forward ur complaint in consumer court with full of proof. Plz take action on this company.. And the item seal is temperd without bill.. Payment deducted by razorpay plz refund my payment bcoz i recieved wrong item.. And call to coustmer care ivr says coustmer is bsy and i call to marchents him no. Was shwitch off.. I was purchased mobile.but no response from them.payment made with razorpay.so I complaint razorpay.after few days mobile send by goshoppo.bt that item not matched n also used.i want return it.bt no response from company.i can't accept this type item.pls, refund my money.pls take action.

Im order 1 mobile and paid Online Payment my order No is GS82521 is not responding my calls & not refunded, and also they have asking CVV, Card no & OTP / any desk connection, totally this is a fraud company.
