I had booked a iviggoxr 4g volte cell phone on mobify_goshoppo.in on 21/012019 online, and paid the full amount, entrusting https site for making payments, i was directed to razorpay pgw. But after recieving the payment of 2999/- online, on 27th jan2019, i was being delivered a dummy toy handset by the 'goshoppo.in', and when tried to contact the seller over phone, the phone no. Provided proved to be a bogus number. Now if the https sites do not have any trackability against the fraudulent sites, then how do we carry on online purchases in future. I want refund of my online paid amount.
