Goshoppo.in — Non Shipping Of Iviggoxr Smart Phone — iviggoxr smart phone -no update received

I have paid rs.2999.00 for purchase of iviggoxr smart phone to goshoppo.in on[protected] through sbi debit card. My order no. S82889 was confirmed on the same day. But, no any shipping updates have been sent from goshoppo.in till now!!!
In this way, it appears that goshoppo.in is a fraud company as myself is waiting since[protected]. So, kindly help me to refund me rs.2999.00 at the earliest as myself is suffering very badly. Thanks.
