I orderer (prepaid) Ivigoo xr 4g smart phone from Goshoppo.in for Rs.2999 through Rajorpay.com payment gateway on 19/01/2019. They delivered an used, old, useless, inactive K100 256 mb. Ram phone collected garbage from China wroth Rs. 50 to 100 to me by Delhivary.com courier service on 27/01/2019.
I try to connect them several times but no response came from them. Finally when I got a cusromar care no. Goshoppo From YouTube I asked them to refund my money paid to them for the said smart phone they demand my Bank details like debit card no, UPI and bank balance amount to make the refund. When I did deny to inform them that confidential bank details they badly behaved with me . l request you to take action against them.The phone (cc) no. is [protected].
