I had applied for Duplicate driving license on 22/06/2018 and made the payment on 22/06/2018 but the payment status still shows pending even after more than 20 days(i.e, 13/07/2018). I called their customer care but they are telling you have to mail it and they will only respond in 7 days. I even mailed to their customer care 3-4 times but no response from them even after 20 days. And when I call them they are telling to wait for the mail.
