[Resolved]  Election Commission Voter Id Card — Non receipt of Voter ID Card

I have submitted Form-6 duly filled and attached address and ID proof of myself and my wife Rajwant Kaur along with my mother Amrit Kaur ,it is said voter Id distributed in 15 days of time but 3 months passed and we did not received Voter ID Card.Previously also submitted Form-6 twice but voter ID Card not received.
