On dated 25 august 2019 i visit chc dayapar lakhpat kachchh gujarat pin 370630 for treatment. There i saw doctors are not present in hospital compound. I wait some time in waiting hall and come out hospital premises. I saw a person talking on mobile phone i ask him about doctors he reply me rudely and sad i am a doctor s. P. Malik and on duty. Then i request him for treatment but he refuse for treatment after all this he came in his room and continuously talking on mobile phone. I request many time but he does not give treatment. Here i attach telephonic conversation video and some photos. Above mentioned location remote area there is lack of medical facility
