I purchased a lg 43 inch smart led tv from gozefo store at 3rd floor, a block, dlf phase 1, sector 28, jmd regent arcade, mehrauli-gurgaon road on 11th march 2018. The tv was delivered to me on 21st march. During the time of purchase the seller promised me that the tv is in fantastic condition, only there are few scratches on the body as it is a factory second. I had asked the store manager if there are any technical faults, which inturn was assured that there are none.
When the tv was delivered on 21st march 2018, i was promised that if there are any issues, gozefo will be happy to assist and replace the product if it doesn't meet my expectations.
After 3 days o[censored]sing the tv, there was a faulty display that was noticed and i immediately called the customer support representative at gozefo to raise my issue, to which they said a technical specialist will come and inspect the tv. It has been 10days now, the technician did not come and the company has totally refused to replace the tv. I have spent rs.30, 999 on the tv and there has been no grievance redressal from the company's side.
Apart from being cheated, talking to the representatives have been a mental torture as their misbehaviour has been beyond explanation and have made me feel mentally harassed. By completely refusing to address the issue, it leaves me no option than to lodge a complaint with the lawsuit. Was this information helpful? |
