Grabhouse — not returning security deposit 20k

I left the room on 2nd sep 2018. they told me i will get the security money back after 15 days of leaving. now its been a month and they are not even responding to emails, calls.
I was staying in grabhouse cocoon, rose garden road, JP nagar 5th phase, room c3.

Still i haven’t received my money back. They are not picking our calls, not responding to emails. These are scammers.
