Grabhouse — refund of security deposit

So i had rented an apartment from grab house on the 13th of may, and paid a security deposit of inr 20000. I vacated the apartment on 13th august (After completing the lock in period of 3 months), and was promised that i would get back my security deposit within a week's time. It has been more than 2 weeks now, and i have still not received my security deposit.

This is fraudulent behavior and extortion; in spite of many attempts to contact customer care through mail and through phone, they either do not respond or do not pick up your calls at all. Also the address that they have published on their website is closed. So there is no way for me to meet them in person and address my concerns.

Thoroughly unprofessional behavior on the part of the customer care executives. Dear grabhouse, if you are seeing this, get your act together and initiate the refund process.
