Grabonrent — defective cooler delivered | |||
Got air-cooled on purchase from grabonrent. The price was lower than brand new, so i thought to give a try. They dropped air cooler without any inspection sheet or user manual. I filled water in the cooler and to my shock, the blower was blowing water along with air. I was wet in few seconds. Called customer care; they said it cannot be replaced or amount cannot be refunded. I threatened them to go to consumer court. They were not bothered. Raised service request; they said issue will be fixed by service person. Furst they said 24 hrs and then 48 hours. I asked them for receipt for purchase. They said have sent email notification. When asked for proper invoice with gstin number etc. They said they do not have. It means the company is fraud, doing dodgy business, and sells substandard product to cheat people. I will go to consumer court and social media to expose them. Do not fall into trap of their website. Was this information helpful? | |||
