This is regarding order grb49630991. I have rented a package of fridge and washing machine and used for 8 months. I have returned it back also by paying all the termination charges they have asked. They sent an email saying that refund has initiated and wait till 5-7 days to credit the amount. It's being 8 days got over, i didn't get the refund amount rs. 2600 till now. They are big cheater and shameless too. I am very much depressed and annoyed with service of poor service by grabonrent. I have called customer care service many many times - more than 7 times. Till now, they haven't taken any necessary actions against this. I am going to file case against grabonrent if the money is not getting refunded. Was this information helpful? |
