[Resolved]  Grabonrent — security deposit not refunded even after one month of the return of product

I have ordered for 2 sets of 5 cotton mattress for 7 days and deposited the security of 4500 rs to grabonrent, i returned the product on 20th of feb and its 26th of march today till now i have not received the refund back.
I am calling them everyday and listen to the same story of a technical glitch everyday. I have never seen such an unprofessional organisation, whose sole purpose is looting the money from consumer. The service is so horrible that even if i ask them explicitly to drop me an email with status, they simply do not bother and ignore.

I am seeing a same compliant from multiple people about this company, and i will take all the necessary steps to get this banned as we do not need another looter in our country.

As a recent progress, these people have blocked my number so that i can not call them to follow up. I am not in a stalker that i am being treated like this, i am following up for my own money. After showing my patience for good 1 month, i am now filling this complaint, i am also going to file a mental harassment fir on this organisation now.

Horrible organization!! Horrible people.!!
