I have purchased two items called samsung galaxy j7 (Gold color 16 gb) and sony klv-40r562c 102 cm (40) full hd smart led television from grabshopping deals. As for the discussion made with one of the customer care officer (Karan sharma and mahesh) said will receive the mobile within 5 to 7 working days. I have purchased on 23rd september 2015, completing 2 years as of today i have not received the product.

I have put on order for the lap top on dt[protected]. Also i had made payment rs.8600/- on dt.[protected], the same is show in my statement, which is attached herewith. I have not recd. Same lap top still date as per same order. Now i have not require same lap top. So pl. Give me a refund for same amount for rs.8600/- on immediately. I received a call form the said company telling me about 25% discount on electronic items. I ordered iball tablet for my son on 27.01.2016 and made payment through debit card via ICIC web portal. On calling they said the product will be received 5 ot 7 woring days, but it is a matter pity the product is not received till today 10.02.2016. Now they said, they cancelled the order and the refund will be credited in the account 7 to 15 days..lets...

I m writing this to all o[censored] to know that I got my money back. And this is all possible because of pankaj from support team.and about garbshoppingdeals they are not fake or cheater. Because of some people’s wrong misconduct. We thought that they are cheater.

It is a fraud website.First I have not judged them because they call me pretending to be a part of biggest e commerce web flipkart.As I am a regular customer of flipkart so I believed them .The person has given me promotional offer for which I have to buy a product from their site of min 1000 bucks and then will get any of five ( laptop, i phone, tablet, samsung galaxy, ...).They are to sweet to talk that no one can judge them in one talk....

Still now i can't get my product. when i log in this site still now my product status is Processing. and when i will try to dial of their provide contact number, it's switch off. the number is +[protected]..
