Hi I am a victim of country vacations. i paid rs.35000 through my citibank debit card and another 55000 through my icicibank credit card on 1st july 2016. While they were explaining the features and offers everything looked so rosy and nice. later after reading the agreement we got to know that none of those offers were mentioned in the agreement papers. I am really not interested in their services anymore and want to get back my money. can you please let me know how to get my refund. I have sent them an email for cancelling my membership at "response. [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com" and "[protected]@countryvacationsmail.com". whats the next step?
