[Resolved]  Gram Panchayat — Drinking water problem

Sir/ madam,
I'm shivashankar dc, dunda, turuvekere taluk, tumkur dist, karnataka 572215
I am facing dinking water problem since 8 months i have visited gram panchayath office meet the members, president and wise president these elected people not taking care of above issue and i have pay full water bill,
I am visit gram panchayath office daily more than 2 months and as my knowledge this office was filly corrupted that's way these people not slave my problem please suggest me what i do and solve the problem.
