Grand Heritage Vacations — interim amount of rs 10, 000.00 taken by trapping the customer

Updated by Neeraj2710 I was invited by Grand Heritage (e.mail id [protected]@grandheritagevacations.com) team Leader Mr Sohan Singh in one of the location in Delhi and taken Rs 10, 000.00 (forcely and trapped) by Swipe Machine. During the meeting Mr Sohan Singh also informed that this is an interim amount which can also be refunded in case I dont take the Membership. Even he was ready to take interim amount of Rs 5000.00. It means that they have no Policies and Norms and simply fool the customer and collect the money. That time I had also filled one Form which is not provided till date to me. Once I asked to return my interim amount, they said that this amount is non refundable and when I asked to transfer my call to Mr Sohan Singh, than I came to know that Mr Singh has left this company. it cleary shows that Grand Heritage employee trapped the customer and collect the money from the honest and innocent customers. Updated by Neeraj2710 I am still awaiting the refund of Rs 10, 000.00 from Grand Heritage which was wrongly collected by trapped me.

Updated by Neeraj2710 This is true that you have given offer for 3 Days Holidays, but I dont want this offer and requested to include my two sons also in that package. Even I did not use all the Discount Vouchers provided to me at the time of Ist Meeting. I wish to emphasise that at the time of taking money of Rs 10, 000.00 via Credit Card, their Sales Manager advised that this is the interim amount and is also refundable. Only on his assurance, I have paid Rs 10, 000.00 else I donot give that interim amount. It seems that Grand Heritage Sales Person do wrong selling and get the money from the customer by hook or crook and dats why Mr Sohan Singh is no more working in Grand Heritage due to his wrong selling and Grand Heritage settle/recover their employee's dues with the money of the customer who has no fault. There might be some more people who are harassed by the culture of Grand Heritage and kept silent and got fraud by them. I think this is the tendency of Grand Heritage to get the money with wrong selling. But I will continue to fight for my right till I get my money back.
