Dear Rajesh,

I had made a holiday membership purchase from grand tourio holiday solutions pvt ltd., thane branch on May 22 2017, I was promised by the company executive Mr. Gaurav Jinwal and Manoj that i can avail holidays upto 6 days and 7 nights once in a year from the date of membership. They asked me to pay 70000 rs for an emi of 24 months through credit card, which i did. Now the issues here are

Now the worst part is that the no of emi's i was promised of 24 months was suddenly changed to no EMI without notifying me. I cannot take this burden of this rule of transection .

I asked them to cancel my membership for which they are saying it depends upon Mr, Manoj & You, as Mr. Manoj number going switch off.

I want you to take this complaint to them and please help me to cancel my membership as until they will covert my emi's into 24 months.

we are not avail any service from the company till date even not recived the welcome Kit as well., request you to take the decision & give me the money back.

Aside consumergrievance: Pls support to get the proper help from the company Named Grand Tourio, which is under the Rajesh Ravindran resident of C-8, Rajat Rekha Chs Ltd, J P Road, Seven Bungalows, Andheri(W), Mumbai, 400053, Maharashtra, India having DIN No. 06680124 & Rajashri Rajesh Kovil resident of 15/304, Indradarshan Ii, Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai, 400053, Maharashtra, India having DIN No. 07011925.

Pls take it as a formal consumer complaint againts the aforementioned company & I will complete the all complaint registration process by tomorrow with proper DD if my issue not get resoved by the company.
