Grand Tourio — fake company worst experience with grand tourio | |||
I have taken membership 10 months back, that time they promise to give membership for total 2 years but not got any email confirmation, still i have not received WELCOME KIT. The customer care and support team is not co operative at all, i have called them several time but not getting response by them... Why the hell grand tourio given FAKE PROMISES to take membership if you are not capable to provide service to customers. when ever i tried to book holiday your company server not working and not getting single response from you. still i have not got a single holiday booking from company, welcome kit, event passes, movie tickets also not provided now. this all complaints should go to the consumer court. We are trying to contact Grand touring for our bookings but their mail I'd is not working and they have disabled phone calls. I can see many complaints from other customers also
