During our travel on sunday (14/10/2018) evening, i stopped by a petrol pump to fill the petrol in my car. There one sales girl asked arrogantly to my wife to fill the details in lucky draw coupon to which my wife wrote her name and my contact number. Next day (15/10/2018), i got a call from the executive who mentioned no name of company; saying our coupon got selected for the free gift and need to visit their office opposite to viviana mall and claim the gift. They wanted me and my wife to visit their office as gift was only offered to couples. We went to collect our gift at the mentioned place where they told us that we have to attend 45 min presentation compulsory if we want to have that gifts. I requested them not to take more than 30 mins. This presentation part was not mentioned to us earlier and their executive committed me there is no other discussions except i-card preparation process. (Mr. Samand patel)
During their presentation they told us about their travel business and tie up with luxury 4 and 5 star hotels (No proof available with them). They described us about a travel package offer which was valid only for that day and hence, extensively forcing us to accept the offer by explaining the same benefits again and again. Upon asking about the authenticity of these offers, they told us that said services are mentioned in the agreement which will be signed after we pay the money rs. 85, 000 and confirm the offer. Since it was not in our budget we refused the offer. But still they did not spare us and they extended our tour package to 4 years. They gave us an option of installment payment options in 24 emis and the emi amount mentioned to us was rs. 3541 on which they also assured us that no single rupee will be charged other than this. We asked about our own time for discussion, their executives disturbed and interrupted our discussion about the final purchase. It was all trap set by them and we did the transaction in a hurry unaware of the other hidden charges applicable. Due to their communication tricks or so called “bluff”, we decided to take the offer just to end everything at our earliest and head back to home. But, again they tricked us during my credit card swipe. Mrs. Sarita made my credit card swipe of rs. 85000 instead of rs. 3541 while ms. Komal held us engaged showing agreement copy and other documents.in fraction of seconds, i lost rs. 85000 amount to which i showed my disagreement to them. But, they were already done with their job. They promised us that they will return our remaining money and for that we need to sign an agreement with them to initiate the refund process. But it was another trap for us, because that agreement was not mentioned with any refund clause, but still they insisted (Forced) to sign us otherwise we would not get our money back. We read the agreement and found that all services that they committed to us were missing from the agreement. Upon our asking mrs. Sarita told us that they will send us a membership email including those offers and services tomorrow. The membership email and the offers they committed us are not matching at all and that explains their lie or bluff about the services which they committed to us. We did not have an option other than to sign that agreement because we were already looted for rs. 85000.
On the way to returned home, we were literally in penitence. We checked online about the company and customer reviews and it was cleared that that the company is fraud. Many people like us have already fallen for their traps. They are not providing the said services to the customers. The main point of disbelief is the emi amount they mentioned was rs. 3541 which was actual rs. 4500, when i checked with customer care executive. They promised emi with no interest but in real scenario the case was not true. We will be charged extra rs. 21000 through emi scheme which is utterly a cheating.

It is my request to company people, please spare us and refund our money at their earliest. It is my hard earn money.
